Notary Services
Notary services are limited to witnessing signatures and administering oaths as permitted by Michigan law. A notary is prohibited from providing legal advice, drafting documents, or recommending how documents should be completed.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment terms and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking or engagement. Specific fees vary by service type.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
